from the President
"Heat
Wave in the Heart Land" was a Great success thanks to Tim Davie and
all the members who gave it their all. This could not have happened by only a few people it takes members
working together. Tim has
decided to give it a go again next year and hopefully make it bigger and
better than this year’s event. We
need you the members to come to the meeting and give us your input. Please
attend the meetings as often as you can because it is you who can make a
difference.

Glue Dobbers
You did an excellent job hosting one of the
largest Jumbo events in the U.S. this year. The Tulsa Jumbo 2005,
or "Heatwave in the Heartland" registered 103 pilots!
Everyone is still buzzing for several states around as to how organized
and hospitable the Glue Dobbers are. I have always known that we
had a great field, and great members....now the rest of the country
knows also. So many people volunteered that there is no good place
to start with the
